On the one hand, Prague has over 500 hotels, hostels and boarding houses, so you don't need to worry that you will stay roofless during the Conference. On the other hand, September is one of the high seasons in Prague, in terms of number of visitors and, unfortunately, also in terms of accommodation prices, so we recommend you to arrange your stay well in advance.
Discount prices for the Conference participants have been arranged at a boarding house, Pension Heřmanova ***, which is located in a quiet residential street only a few stops by tram to the Conference Venue: single room €39 (desk price €67), double room €48 (desk price €84), per night, breakfast included. However, the capacity, especially of single rooms, is limited, so bookings will have to be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the Pension directly – by phone, fax or email – and indicate that you are a 7ICRL participant.

In addition, we have selected a few suitably located accommodation facilities of different price categories. (Students might not disdain a bed in Hostel Elf or Hostel Marabou, which are located just under the “crawling babies” of the Žižkov Television Tower and in the middle of the Prague's pub quarter, while Art Nouveau amateurs might enjoy the Hotel Paris' Klimt Suite). The prices shown in the below table are per night, in a single room, and without guarantee. Add 10 to 80 % for a double room: the cheaper the facility, the greater the price difference. Several hotels offer substantial discounts for on-line booking. Most of the selected accommodation facilities are within walking distance to the Conference Venue, while others are located on a Metro line, which will get you there in less than 20 minutes.
